the Speaker urged Muslims to reflect on the Prophet’s exemplary life and uphold the Islamic principles he taught.
He noted that Prophet Muhammad’s noble character, teachings and way of life provide enduring guidance for humanity, stressing that Muslims are obligated to follow his example and incorporate Islamic values into their daily lives.
Speaker Abbas called on Muslims to continue demonstrating love, compassion, charity and tolerance towards one another, as well as towards people of other faiths.
He emphasised that Islamic values should remain a guiding compass for Muslims in all aspects of life, particularly in promoting peaceful coexistence, unity and mutual respect.
The Speaker wished Muslims across the country a peaceful and joyous Maulud celebration.
