The Kaduna State Government has successfully resolved the long-standing land ownership dispute surrounding Jama’atu School of He...
The Certificate of Occupancy was issued by the Kaduna State Geographical Information Services (KADGIS), officially confirming the ownership of the school land to the Zazzau Emirate.
Earlier today, Sheikh Makari Sa’idu led a delegation from the school’s Board to present the Certificate to the Emir of Zazzau, His Highness Malam Ahmed Nuhu Bamalli, CFR, at his palace.
However, it was gathered that prior to the official issuance of the document, some individuals allegedly operating under the influence of certain former leaders of Jama’atu Nasril Islam, along with others previously dismissed from Jama’atu School of Health Technology had attempted to obtain the Certificate of Occupancy from KADGIS.
Despite ongoing efforts by the Emir of Zazzau, Malam Ahmed Nuhu Bamalli, to reform and sanitize the administration of educational institutions under Jama’atu Nasril Islam, these individuals have reportedly continued to obstruct progress by filing multiple legal actions in court aimed at disrupting established processes.
The individuals have also, over time, been accused of fraudulent practices, including allegedly collecting money from students who were ultimately unable to complete their studies at the institution.
In a statement, the Secretary of Jama’atu Nasril Islam, Zazzau Emirate, expressed appreciation to the Kaduna State Government and the Emir of Zazzau for their firm and unwavering commitment in ensuring the successful resolution of the matter.
He described the development as a major milestone that will enhance stability, credibility, and academic progress within the institution.
