Popular political musician, Dauda Abdullahi Kahutu Rarara, has urged Nigerian youths to actively participate in politics in order to contribute meaningfully to the development of the country and their communities.
Rarara made the call while speaking with journalists during the grand rally organised in support of the re-election bid of the Speaker of the House of Representatives, Abbas Tajuddeen, as member representing Zaria Federal Constituency in Kaduna State.
The renowned Hausa musician, popularly known as the “Sarkin Wakar Hausa,” described youths as the backbone of every society, stressing the need for them to unite and engage fully in political activities to secure a better future.
He also expressed confidence that the All Progressives Congress will emerge victorious in the 2027 general elections.
According to him, the APC-led administration under President Bola Ahmed Tinubu has executed numerous developmental projects aimed at improving the lives of Nigerians.
Rarara therefore called on Nigerians to come out en masse during the elections and vote for the APC at all levels to ensure the continuation of democratic dividends across the country.
Speaking further on the Zaria Federal Constituency race, Rarara stated that the people of Zaria have no better option than to re-elect Abbas Tajuddeen, popularly known as Iyan Zazzau, considering the numerous developmental projects he has attracted to the constituency.
He noted that the massive turnout witnessed at the rally was a clear indication that the people of Zaria are satisfied with the quality of representation being provided by the Speaker.
The musician concluded by appealing to the electorate in Zaria Federal Constituency to come out massively on election day and vote for the APC from top to bottom in the interest of national development.
